Siobhain completed her Master of Physiotherapy degree in June and has trained further in cervicogenic headache techniques, Kinesio tape, Clinical Rehabilitative Pilates, the Sarah Key method, dry needling, and Trigenics.

Siobhain has an interest in treating musculoskeletal problems from the athlete to the office worker, pre and post-natal issues, back and neck pain, headaches, muscular imbalances, and post-operative rehabilitation. TM This training allows Chris to perform initial pre-season multimodal baseline testing and concussion treatment and rehabilitation, including the treatment and rehabilitation of post-concussion syndrome.

Chris will work closely with your GP to co-manage your concussion, helping you to safely return to learn, work and sport. Chris also lectures at the University of Canberra in the Master of Physiotherapy program where his clinical experience and knowledge is a valuable asset in the education of the profession's future physiotherapists.

On a personal note, Chris enjoys swimming, camping and spending time with his wife and two sons. He was born and trained in Denmark, and came to Australia in He worked in various private clinics until taking over as Director of Southside Physiotherapy in Tuggeranong in February The clinic has steadily grown since then with Bjarne expanding into Woden as a Director of our affiliated clinic, Woden Integrated Physiotherapy, on 1 July Bjarne's areas of professional interest include temporomandibular jaw pain, spinal and pelvic dysfunction, treatment of arthritis and chronic pain management.

In his spare time, Bjarne has changed his fitness routine from running after a round ball footballto thoroughly enjoying raising money for charity in long distance bike riding events. He loves his job and sees himself more as a life coach - helping clients to optimise their wellbeing.

Alicia graduated from the University of Canberra in with a Masters of Physiotherapy, after completing a three year Bachelor degree in Sport Coaching and Exercise Science in During her studies she has experienced treating a large range of musculoskeletal injuries through her participation as a Netball Development Officer for Netball A.

Alicia has worked as a Physiotherapist in ACT Health since and throughout her career has worked both in the hospital setting and throughout the community of Canberra. Alicia is a firm believer that for everyone, exercise, education, well-being and a positive mindset are the best medicines.

Alicia focuses on how to assist clients to return to what they love, providing them with self-management strategies for a healthy life and to minimise risk of re-injury.

Alicia loves the outdoor and sporting worlds. Outside of the clinic, you will find Alicia enjoying a social game of Squash or Netball. She also enjoys scuba diving, camping, exploring, and hiking around natural bushlands and nature reserves.

Alicia is very active and a keen water skier. She gained experience at Sydney and Woden Valley Hospitals before venturing into the world of owning and operating her own private physiotherapy practices with her twin sister, Carole. Between them, they operated a practice at the Phillip Health Centre from and the Gowrie Medical Centre from Inthe Bond sisters closed their clinic and Heather joined the team at Southside Physiotherapy.

Over the years Heather has been an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and has served on the Continuing Education Committee, the Sports Physiotherapy Group both locally and nationallythe Private Practitioners' Group and most recently the Aquatic Physiotherapy Group again both locally and nationally.

Heather has a professional interest in aquatic physiotherapy hydrotherapy and completed her Level 3 training in attaining her Certificate of Hydrotherapy. She runs our Aquatic Physiotherapy Programs at the Kingswim pools at Deakin and Calwell, and treats a wide range of conditions in the pool in the more buoyant water environment.

To satisfy his love of sport and fitness he worked as a strength and conditioning coach with the Sandringham Dragons TAC cup side. Andrew believes in a holistic patient-centred approach to treatment that involves a combination of education, manual therapy and functional rehabilitation in order to achieve your goals.
